We set off with 5 bikes and 6 riders, meeting at Don Cutts house. In addition to Don, there was Brian Given on his
Velocette, Yves Doyon on his Norton Commando, Steve Wlodarczyk on his Harley, and Patrick Hampson and
Gynet Pilotte on Patrick's son Christopher's 1983 Kawasaki 440 LTD, as Patrick's '66 Triumph Trophy had
developed a leak in the gas tank the night before the ride.

After the departure of Don and the Triumph we saw some very nice American machinery, and one or two nice
European bikes.
